Selected Achievements: Led initiative to reduce operating expenses which involved reviewing current vendor contracts and RFPs, implementing a par system, and renegotiating contract terms. Negotiated an outstanding bill by 50% to facilitate Southeastern Heart and Vascular and Cone Health merger. Oversaw the implementation of an electronic medical system from paper charts, abstracting data from 26K paper charts.
