Place fabric orders. Update internal reports and work board with all pending orders and orders currently in work. Ensure that samples and blackseals are sent in timeously for approval. I am also responsible for logistics. So I submit online Packing Lists to client for approval. Once approved delivery booking is made and delivery booked with courier service.
I also investigate any shortages or overs delivered to the warehouse. Previous position held at Shanny Clothing was Accounts Administrator when I started at the company in Sep 2017.
I captured all Petty Cash and Expenses monthly. Generated invoices and credit notes(where applicable) manually and then on Pastel and submitted to client for payment.
