• Oversee staffing in all aspects, i.e. interns, trainees, new hires, transfers, etc. from onboarding to off boarding
• Lead performance management discussions for all staff and review all performance evaluations to guide managers on crucial conversations
• Conduct all employee relations interviews, provide written summary to leadership, along with recommendation of potential consequence
• Create new programs for professional and personal development – for example an associate/staff mentor program, LifeLine 360 (a work life balance solution), engagement, soft skills and recognition programs
• Provide support and guidance to senior level management, directors and chiefs to ensure that best practices and legal requirements are integrated into decision making
• Communicate and assist in streamlining processes and policies to improve efficiencies, morale and overall knowledge
