Developing and implementing comprehensive personal training programs tailored to individual client needs, eg weight loss, sports focus, injury rehabilitation. • Write and deliver group classes to 8-30 members. Classes range from HIIT, Outdoors, Core and Glutes and TRX focus. • Established long term relationships with clients, built around trust and communication. Many clients have been with me for 5+ years. • Analyzed client training data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for goal success. • Provided individual support and counseling in general wellness and nutrition. • Liaised with Group Ex (class) and Front Desk departments to ensure Personal Trainers are providing a seamless experience and that Personal Training offerings are being promoted as required.
