โ Spearheading Sales and Operations for Oman Entity, ensuring the attainment of the business annual revenue of USD 40+ Million to support the organization in the realization of the companyโs vision and achieve the business goals. โ Orchestrating diversified brand sales, meticulously planning inventory, and effectively managing Work On Stock (WOS) for each brand in the country. โ Scrutinizing and managing commercial and legal aspects for ensuring smooth business continuity, while reporting to the GM for the Middle East for maintaining transparency and accountability. โ Working closely with vendors' channel and category leads, such as Dell ISG, Cisco, Netapp & HPE, to successfully collaborate and work on large turn-key projects for respective brands. โ Facilitating Power Retailers on Boarding, Vendor Listing, and Contract finalization for HPI Consumer PL (Product Line), ensuring flawless execution and swift decision-making. โMonthly mapping and ordering for HP Consumer Series, managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the efficient supply chain management. โ Managing channel recruitment for each brand, assessing credit risk and exposure and ensuring optimal credit and collection processes. โ Actively participating in bidding for Microsoft cloud (CSP) Request for Proposal (RFP) in 2020-21, leveraging past experience in winning bids for major brands like IBM & HPE in West Africa, while responsibly managing optimum Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) & Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) for respective brands. โ Collaborating closely with key vendors' marketing teams, including Cisco, HP Ent, Adobe & Microsoft, on Quarterly MDF (Marketing Development Fund) plans and related implementation for exceptional brand promotion.
