I led the launch process of Star+ with Globoplay. I was responsible for defining the commercial negotiation, technical aspects and financial requirements, resulting in the launch of an innovative and aggressive offering that brought new possibilities and achieved a prominent position in the streaming services market; 3. I successfully negotiated the launch of 9 Pay TV channels on CLARO, the partner with the largest market share in Brazil. This strategy resulted in a substantial financial boost; 4. I managed and optimized business relationships with prestigious business partners including Claro, Vivo, SKY, Bradesco, TIM and Globo during the FOX/Disney merger.
