- Responsible for the whole architecture,
- Work close to business for better IT alignment,
- Define IT policies, goals and roadmaps,
- Provide directions to technical team,
- Revamp the legacy ERP to be consumed as services,
- Create a solid modern architecture around the ERP,
- Provide the means and tools so the company can progressively move all services to cloud,
- Serve different clouds (IBM, GCP, CFP, Azure),
- Implement micro services in a event-driven architecture to expose (and consume) ERP services
- Implemented containerized micro services orchestration with Kubernetes. The same with Eureka
- Implemented business rules engine with Camunda BPM plus Apache Kafka (lots of microservices)
- Implemented cube SQL engine based on Apache Kylin
- Management of legacy to modern progress PKIs

This project goal was to get a high volume of data, including brands, suppliers, quantity, packaging, price, etc, from a group of hypermarkets. Data was then validated, massaged, stored and made available for the same group of registered hypermarkets. The main use is to promote sales campaign, monitor new products and prices. Solution used Google Cloud, Bigquery, Pub/Sub, local MongoDB and StackDriver, with Web + Java. -----------------------------------
201901 - Project Media
I implemented a Python solution for a Media Company. They handle over a Million transactions per day, with big data coming from different channels. The solution was designed to extract, transform and deliver data to selected channels as well as be viewed by stakeholders in Jupyter shared notebooks. Solution used EC2, S3, AWS, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB and ActiveMQ with Python, generating shared Jupyter notebooks.
