As a 501(c) that operates independently from leagues, we focus exclusively on the outcomes of transition on athletes as humans and individuals.

Founded out of a single rented room in Roland Park in 2016, Indigo was and still is the first and only practice of its kind. A boutique concept decidedly focused on pelvic health, Indigo has grown to 7 beautiful locations (and counting) in Maryland and Virginia. In addition to prenatal and postpartum clients, Indigo treats endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, incontinence, and a range of other conditions linked to pelvic health. I work alongside the Founder & Chief Medical Officer as well as the CEO to strategically develop the Indigo brand to drive growth and market entry.
