• Develop, present and execute added value opportunities and custom activations for top advertisers • Prepare and manage budgets and timelines for custom programs, special events, and signature Red Carpet weekends
• Seamlessly integrate Time Inc. and advertiser brands at live events. Advertisers include: L’Oréal Paris, smartwater, Canon, Verizon, Acura, and Nautica • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring all agreements meet Time Inc. legal requirements
• Communicate regularly with agencies and clients to ensure advertiser satisfaction • Manage Event Marketing Associate and interns on a project basis pre-event and on-site
• Partner and work effectively with Time Inc. senior management while building and maintaining strong relationships with top advertiser executives • Produce and execute Red Carpet weekends including Golden Globe Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Grammy Awards, Emmy Awards, Academy Awards, Sundance Film Festival, ESSENCE Music Festival, Black Women in Hollywood, and People en Español’s 50 Mas Bellos
• Oversee all pre-event and on-site production details including location scouting, AV, décor, branding, collateral, catering entertainment, seating, and transportation for Red Carpet weekends, Music Lounges, Editorial events, theatre events, movie screenings, consumer events, and SEG brand meetings
• Familiar with brand’s mobile and tablet capabilities
• Research and scout new venues including hotels, lounges, screening rooms, private residences, and restaurants • Liaise and strategize with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Edit, Creative Services, and PR departments to ensure advertiser deliverables are met
