Involved in all areas of the business, I was responsible for setting clear strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the company’s growth. My role extended far beyond typical management, as I had to create and test control procedures that were specifically tailored to our unique modular building approach. Given that modular construction differs significantly from traditional methods, I reinterpreted standard construction procedures and completely rethought them to align with our distinct building model. This involved developing a personalized system that encompassed all departments—HR, supplier relations, budgeting, and production management—ensuring that each function operated efficiently within the specific requirements of modular construction. I also designed and implemented customized KPIs, focusing on key metrics that directly impacted our way of building, which led to significant improvements in both efficiency and quality. These processes allowed us to maintain high standards while accommodating the fast-paced, innovative nature of a growing startup. In this role, I was deeply involved in every department, from managing supplier negotiations and overseeing material procurement to coordinating project timelines and quality control. As the company expanded, I also led efforts to hire professionals across various fields, enabling us to scale operations while maintaining a strong foundation.
