I oversee website copywriting efforts, ensuring a uniform, engaging, and effective tone across all content. Beyond the website, I built and manage a custom CRM on Monday.com with 16,000 contacts and nearly 1,000 accounts, optimizing workflow automation, outreach, and program management for the entire team. I develop best practices for CRM usage, ensuring seamless data organization, reporting, and team adoption.
