Lead the efforts to automate non-native in-app notifications, inventing a designer's dashboard structured around urgency - preventing conflicting overlaid messages. Developed new design strategies by incorporating cutting-edge technology into our UX design systems for improved UX and productivity. Improved internal library of tools for annotation, specification creation, handoff using cutting edge technology such as A.I. and computer vision. Utilized Large Language Models to enhance user interaction and experience in the development of design systems. Guided team using advanced Design Methods, resulting in significant improvements in productivity, creating usable and understandable semantic tokens and variables, maintaining a scalable system architecture based on upcoming product features, and facilitating PM, ENG, and Design collaboration. Mentored junior and mid-level designer's, taking care of on-boarding, career development aspects, and Influence decision makers in the hiring process, roadmap, and strategy.
