Jan. 2001 - Oct. 2009Greater Los Angeles Area- Responsible for supporting and implementing an OC-48 ATM/MPLS Backbone Project for the County of Los Angeles. - Developed all documentation on Standard Operating Procedures related to Customer Service, Service Level Agreements, Troubleshooting Guidelines, Emergency Response Task Force, Disaster Recovery and every day operations for the Enterprise Network Operations Management Center. - Assisted in the deployment and configuration of Cisco Secure VPN Solutions, IPSec, and Cisco Pix Firewalls for the County of Los Angeles Project. Responsible for coordinating, researching and solving issues related to areas of special expertise in support of the County of Los Angeles, such as IPX, Novell routing, and File Server interactions with the Enterprise Network. - Configured EIGRP and BGP on Cisco routers - 12000, 7200, 7500, 3600 series. - Configured and implemented Cisco Catalyst switches – 2900, 3500, 5500, 6500 series. - Responsible for providing technical support to Los Angeles County Network Operations Center on issues related to circuit problems, routing and switching for IpSec, ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay, IP and IPX issues. - Supervisor for Swing and Graveyard shifts. Responsible for all aspects of off-shift operation, technical troubleshooting during off-hours, personnel scheduling, mediation resolution both within AT&T and with our customer, Los Angeles County Network Control Center.
