By expanding the literacy of diversity and inclusion, our corporate partners can now more adequately accommodate the diverse needs of their employees. • Applying my skills as an artist and educator, I build lessons for ReFrame52 that examine works of art made by creators of a wide range of experiences and social locations as important sources of layered storytelling about our shared world. By centering listening to marginalized voices and stories about identity that amplify concealed narratives, address inequity and social justice, expand cross-cultural understandings, and illuminate interconnectedness and collective responsibility, the clients we work with gain perspectives to carry with them both inside and outside the workplace to build more inclusive communities.
