• Go-To-Market Strategy: Developed a go-to-market approach for a joint venture between two retail & consumer companies. Analyzed customer information and market data to identify customer retention tactics and a co-branded product marketing campaign. Aligned strategy with sales unit and revenue forecast requirements to ensure ongoing business growth post-deal. • Pre-Deal Due Diligence: Analyzed financial and headcount data to perform stand-alone and synergy assessments across operations, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, IT, and HR functions to identify $50-200M in synergies across multiple $1B+ companies in the retail & consumer and healthcare industries. • Financial Reporting Carve-Out: Developed a carve-out financial reporting solution in SAP, Oracle, and HFM for a $50B pharma company. Implemented solution with global manufacturing site directors. • Strategic Initiative Development: Identified and developed business cases for $150M in strategic initiatives across operations, finance, HR, IT, sourcing, and international functions at a $2B media company. Created mechanism for tracking and reporting initiatives in the P&L, which informed executive-level presentations and decision-making. • Merger Integration: Responsible for leading 12 cross-functional teams in planning and executing Day One Close through Final State Integration in a $1.2B joint venture.
