• Build and present seasonal creative direction and style guides for the client, collaborating with broader creative teams to ensure visuals and content are synergized, telling a focused brand story • Manage all studio e-commerce photography, including shoot planning, on set management, casting, and final deliverable selects, providing direction to studio photographers, stylists, models, hair and makeup artists to ensure the successful execution of creative concepts • Art direct e-commerce sets and review daily output from teams prior to client delivery; responsible for the delivery of 160-320 model images and 100-200 product images daily
• Partner closely with studio manager and production teams to calendarize, schedule and staff studio e-commerce shoots and special projects, on time and within budget
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results without compromising on creativity
• Cast new models seasonally for PDP and global marketing campaigns: effectively recruited over 40 new models within a 2 week period, refreshing entire roster for client's rebrand efforts to reach younger consumers • Scout, train and coach inexperienced models/athletes
• Quality Control: Review and approve all final images to ensure that they meet the brand's standards for quality, composition, and style
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Encourage creativity and innovation within the team, pushing boundaries to achieve outstanding results and creative solutions that advance the brand and speak to the customer
