Dec. 2012 - Feb. 2015Oversee Store Operations & Staff Management: Lead and manage day-to-day store operations,
including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Ensure that
staff are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Drive Sales & Customer Satisfaction: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, improve
customer experience, and optimize sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and adjust
tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Manage Inventory & Stock Levels: Supervise inventory management, including ordering, receiving,
and restocking products to ensure availability and minimize stockouts. Work closely with suppliers to
ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.

Ensure Compliance & Safety Standards: Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations
to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Ensure compliance with company standards,
including loss prevention, product handling, and customer service protocols.

Monitor Financial Performance & Budgeting: Track store performance metrics, such as sales,
expenses, and profit margins. Manage the store's budget, controlling costs while maximizing
profitability. Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
