Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce overhead, and streamline processes across sales, service, and inventory management departments. -Coordinate dealer trades to balance inventory shortages and ensure the availability of high-demand vehicles, maintaining strong dealer relationships to facilitate seamless transactions. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, and adjust business development strategies to continuously improve results and achieve dealership goals.
