- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the ongoing projects with major clients
- Involved with contracts renewals for both contractors and clients
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects.
- Experience with revenue models and P/L; meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Improving operational systems, processes and policies - specifically, supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Regular meetings with Management around fiscal planning on a weekly basis. Logistics:
- Monitoring and directing staff activities to provide timely services to other work units and ensure efficient daily operation of the work unit.
- Attending client, contractors and internal meetings to obtain information regarding assigned work unit issues and programs.
- Initiating efforts and practice cost reduction exercise.
- Preparing the necessary and required documentation including monthly, quarterly and annual reports and maintain all administrative paper files.
- Keeping the organization operation smooth and organizing the functions of the information management system.
- Supervising the administrative staff and contractors
- Managing the office budget and reviewing office expenditure.
- Providing support for all the projects, takes administrative decisions and manages the deadlines of the admin staff.
