Led a high-performing team to deliver significant, measurable efficiency improvements for CCO’s advertising processes by implementing third-party and proprietary technology solutions. Key Achievements: ✔ Enabled the company’s first inside sales team with a full suite of cross-platform integrations, including ZoomInfo, Zoom, ZoomIQ, and Chorus.ai. Led development of new inside sales processes into the existing Salesforce field sales pipeline, including cadences, workflows, email drip templates, campaigns, and guided selling tooling. ✔ Increased developer velocity to 25 to 35 features per release each month by improving DevOps and sandbox management procedures. ✔ Led development of a proposal builder application and integrated into Salesforce Opportunity Planner, allowing reps to research, price, and produce proposals with one tool. The new app replaced five legacy tools. ✔ Managed upgrade of a 15-year-old instance of Salesforce from Classic to Lightning. Completed a phased rollout to 30+ markets and 900+ users.
