Led development of new inside sales processes into the existing Salesforce field sales pipeline, including cadences, workflows, email drip templates, campaigns, and guided selling tooling. ✔ Increased developer velocity to 25 to 35 features per release each month by improving DevOps and sandbox management procedures. ✔ Led development of a proposal builder application and integrated into Salesforce Opportunity Planner, allowing reps to research, price, and produce proposals with one tool. The new app replaced five legacy tools. ✔ Managed upgrade of a 15-year-old instance of Salesforce from Classic to Lightning. Completed a phased rollout to 30+ markets and 900+ users.
