I established office policies and procedures and managed and organized sensitive information with discretion, including receipts, applications, client and vendor records, insurance claims, and invoices. I addressed accounting tasks such as budget control, accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing, deposits, reconciliation, ledger and account management, and payroll while maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks. I communicated information between clients, vendors, mortgage lenders, and insurance companies, and researched problems and implement solutions. I streamlined job tracking and payment collections by creating multiple departmental documents including budget templates, authorization forms, and lien waivers. I also coordinated any required documentation, permitting, etc. that was required over the course of a project. A few of my key accomplishments in these positions include: • I brought a $2M Servpro division from in debt to profitable within two months of starting my employment there. • I collected over $500K in open receivables in less than six months. • I reduced costs within the division by closing accounts and centralizing purchasing.
