Consutant
CFM MemberdriveConsutant
Aug. 2010 - Sep. 2012Nottingham, United KingdomMemberDrive implements and executes a full-scale, multiple-exposure marketing campaign for you, where each and every marketing method works together to target the de-conditioned and hard-to-reach people in the population. Many clubs simply don't have the time, money or manpower to invest in such a large-scale marketing campaign – so we take that off your hands and help you focus on what you do best: looking after your members. I was responsible for looking after a team of 8 ensuring that all my staff performed to the best of their abilities, and ultimately hitting their targets. Targets were not set just on how many new sales (members) we would generate but would also be on how many contacts have been made, and targets on how long it took to go through a set number of contacts. Each promotion we would do would last approx 4-6 weeks dependent on the success rate but we always delivered 250-700 new members on average to each and every club we worked for.
