* Tests hardware devices i.e. desktop web app, mobile web app, mobile app, credit card terminals, ticket printer, ticket scanner, mobile payments, and mobile passes
* Assigning Stories/Tasks for testing
* Proving training for newly hired QA Tester and onboarding
* Setting up Test Data in Environments
