Oct. 2020 - Mar. 2021Directly reporting to the Head of Business Strategy, but in a wider sense accountable to the Director of Strategy, providing the team with flexible support in all areas of its remit. This includes business planning, benchmarking, scorecards as well as business change and strategic problem -solving works, where appropriate, lead improvement projects and work of a particular scope and scale by driving continuous improvement across Surface Transport directorate. • Develop and maintain relationships with senior managers across TfL. • Support the assessment of deliverability for the year ahead by assisting the development of the annual plan and where appropriate taking ownership for sub-sections. • Flexibly support and assist the business planning prioritisation process and where appropriate lead sections of the plan. • Support the definition and development of business area's scorecard, taking the lead on some elements. • Own and manage benchmarking projects across the directorate. Support continuous improvement activities across their own area, using benchmarking information and ensuring improvement and progressive change is occurring in line with TfL's Business Plan. • Support the creation of material to help facilitate effective strategy discussions at board/executive committee level to define business change and problem-solving work to be carried out across the strategy community. • Plan, facilitate and write up workshops to assist benchmarking, scorecard development or other projects, ensuring the required outputs are met.
