Drives consistent hiring standards, practices and procedures throughout the company and managers I work with.
Establishes “Employer of Choice” status via relationships built with Professional Organizations, Colleges, Trade Schools, Referral Programs, etc. Worked with community relations to build employer of choice program and market the company as a whole.
Maintain candidate information and open requisitions in ATS System.
Experience with various ATS systems such as Taleo, Luceo, iGrasp, and WorkDay Trainer and “go to” person for all systems new and continued training. Work with HR professionals in various locations pertaining to onboarding, and recruitment.
Train new Talent Acquisition team members. Ask to present at national franchise convention on recruiting topics. Work with Management Leadership program for tri-brands on recruiting development.
Worked with outside vendors and such as CareerBuilder, Job News, & Recruit Military.com to accomplish recruiting goals.
