Nov. 2022RemoteManager of Staff Development and System Operations (SD&SO) team for the VA All of Us Research Program. Main responsibilities include learning & development, onboarding, participant retention communication campaigns, and system management. Learning & Development/Onboarding:
- Developed a new training curriculum for VA All of Us Research Program employees utilizing various instructional methods. Implementation of the new curriculum resulted in stronger employee comprehension and improved site performance metrics.
- Initiated a program-wide transition to a new Learning Management System (LMS) and supervised the SD&SO Teamโs development and integration to the new LMS.
- Managed the SD&SO team, consisting of three (3) direct reports, who executed the remote onboarding process for 60+ new employees. - Planned and co-hosted a three (3) day in-person all staff training conference. - Continuously optimized the training program to ensure it was effective and impactful. - Developed a comprehensive manual of operations for internal usage that resulted in effective team learning and increased independence amongst direct reports. Participant Retention Campaigns: - Developed and implemented digital participant communication campaigns tailored to specific program objectives and target audiences.
- Managed communication schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of messages and materials to participants at various touch points throughout their engagement journey.
- Conducted in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization, resulting in an increase in completion rates. System Management:
- Led cross-functional teams in the development and execution of system improvement initiatives.
- Provided expert guidance and training to staff members on system utilization and best practices, enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborated with various teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
