I ensure our HR strategy aligns perfectly with the company's goals, and that our HR policies are modern, well-crafted, and effectively implemented. My responsibilities cover the entire HR spectrum, from developing recruitment strategies and enhancing employer branding to designing onboarding and training programs, implementing HR systems and tools, and offering support and guidance to all our employees. I also lead a fantastic team of five people. Rademar is a vibrant retail company specializing in active and leisure wear, with 18 stores across Estonia and a team of 300 dedicated employees. Accomplishments:
Revamped our employer branding strategy
