Learned Agresso Software (ERP software configuration process). Wrote 7-10 page status reports to document project tasks complete, list risks and issues resolved; and act as record of decisions made MS-Project + Excel used to create task lists, baselined the project, tracked project metrics; and effectively managed the deviations. Fostered and built relationships to influence project teams and stakeholders, including Sponsors, client team members, and our Unit4 subject matter expert consultants. Planned ahead to anticipate risks. Managed issues thru team meetings and communicated plans to management. Got approval on tasks from managers to reduce impact on project metrics. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to move work ahead to next step by communicating with teams and stakeholders at different levels. Created training curriculum and trained PM's on PM Methodology, Software delivery steps, and earned value metrics. Have led clients thru Change Management and Scope revisions.
