- Acting as the key ambassador and champion of QVCโs employee survey
- Driving demonstrable and measurable activities to maintain and increase employee engagement scores. Responsible for relevant comms, rollout, and follow-up activities of the annual employee survey for the Commerce area
- Succession Planning - supporting succession planning from the stage of succession mapping and identifying successors for Leadership roles, through to working with Learning and Developing on the Development and Stretch Plans
- Global Succession Planning - partnering with Merchandising and HR teams in QVC US, Germany, Italy, France, Japan and China to develop and maintain a global merchandising succession pipeline - Career Development - driving Career Development in Commerce, partnering with Learning Development and Commerce leaders to design and implement Career Development Maps and supporting leaders with development and progression of their direct reports
- Identifying potential and actual employee relations issues and providing practical solutions to resolve in line with best practise, legislation and policy
- Conducting any associated structural reorganisation in line with change management processes, policies, legislation, best practice and Comp & Bens strategy
- Talent Management - provide ad hoc support to the talent team with Commerce recruitment
