• Enhance Organizational Culture: Promote cultural alignment by integrating traditional values with modern organizational practices, reinforcing the tribe’s mission and values throughout the workforce.
• Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with leadership to align organizational strategies with cultural priorities and long-term goals, facilitating workshops and sessions to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct Training and Development: Lead and coordinate training sessions on leadership, communication, and conflict resolution to improve team dynamics and employee skills.
• Foster Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and support diversity initiatives that honor tribal traditions while fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
• Evaluate and Improve Employee Engagement: Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, using data to inform improvements.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems that reflect organizational values and recognize employee contributions, providing coaching and guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring or implementation of new policies, systems, or processes.
• Mentorship and Coaching Programs: Develop mentorship and coaching programs that support leadership growth, foster employee development, and prepare emerging leaders.
• Analyze and Report OD Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OD initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
