Placed 10 Boutique Managers, 5 Assistant Managers, 26 Sales Associates, and 1 Account Executive, and 1 Boutique Director Position.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position on the West Coast including Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, Orange County, San Francisco, and Valley Fair. • Reduced turnover by identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings.
• Conducted follow-ups with Brand Presidents and Boutique Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Developed and recommended recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
• Communicated with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads.
• Maintained regular tracking of candidates to ensure that individual, team, and company selection goals are being met. • Research resources for sourcing out Portuguese and Mandarin speaking candidates.
• Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
• Monitor retail store development calendar to ensure proper staffing is in place for store openings.
• Understand the growth, trends and challenges in regions/markets.
