(Team Alignment and Leadership Development) Project #3: Program Design & Development - Communication and Soft skills Development program aimed at enhancing senior leadership, bridging the connection and trust gaps, which used and integrating Discovery Insights™ Psychometric Programs (Exploring Self-awareness and Personal Leadership Signature). Project #4: Program Design & Development - High-Impact Team development specifically addressing Team Mandates and Accountability to the team (Understanding Trust as a tool in the Workspace, Trust Development Techniques, Strategic Thinking). Personal Project: Writing a book - The context is aimed at bringing awareness to and challenging the current thinking of leadership in the modern organisation. Aimed at shining a light on the wave of cited ‘harmful management’ culture that is reportedly prevalent in today’s companies which negatively influences personal growth and team dynamics, reducing department efficiencies and ultimately costing companies millions in employee disengagement.

Part of this role was to initially help with the setting up the BTS office in Dubai, UAE and grow the footprint in the Middle-East and surrounding countries. I facilitated 200+ programs through all management levels in the ME and countries globally over these 5 years with a NPS rating of 9.2 and a facilitator rating of 4.7 over this period. I consulted, conceptualized, and designed learning solutions, programs and learning journeys in fields such as Strategy Dissemination, Leadership, Sales and Transformation having designed or developed 30+ programs during this time. With additional responsibility to build internal staff capabilities through coaching reports and team members in Facilitation Excellency and Program Development & Design. Over this period, I built a client base across a variety of sectors and countries with a revenue of US$ 2.27 million and led one of the biggest company clients in the MENA area over two years from 2018 – 2020. I was responsible, as were all account managers, with transforming the Face-to-face landscape of our clients to online facilitation and finally to blended learning outcomes.
