Provide any relevant updates from HQ to the entire network.
Receive F45 HQ information, that needs to be distributed to the team.
Communication with F45 HQ for any internal operational issues.
Integrate information into the Online booking platform.
Liaise with external technicians to solve any problem experienced on the booking platform.
Monthly meetings with various team members to address KPI'S
Ordering Uniform and client merchandise, as well as liaising with suppliers to find the most cost-effective option.
Align Area and Studio managers actions to meet studio KPIs.
Collecting information from Managers & employees documents and feedback sessions.
Liaising with managers to create a high functioning, efficient environment.
Ensure that all employee's meet regulatory standards.
Liaise with the management team to continuously evaluate processes across the various sections of the business.
Create documents to address quality control and quality assurance
Schedule meetings and workshops for various member to meet and discuss the relevant points to address studio KPI’s.
Identify stakeholders that need upskilling and arrange the appropriate training they require. Reports
Monthly Expense reports of studios in the network
Monthly trainer risk analysis of studios in the network
Stock take reports of all the studios in the network
