Feb. 2011 - Dec. 2014São Paulo Area, BrazilMy role consists in utilizing management skills and knowledge of hotel operations to contribute to the Revenue Strategy in maximizing revenue and bottom line profits. In my role, I provide full support to the Associate Director of Revenue, for example, on the formulation of Forecasts, Budget, Weekly Revenue Meetings, Shareholder’s Presentations and other duties. Additional responsibilities may include: oversee and constantly adapt pricing tactics for individuals in the context of competitor strategies and market fluctuations, blackout dates, inventory management, developing short-term tactics and providing guidance to team in order to increase revenues and to maximize profit, monitor STAR report, monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of systems, tools and procedures, develop packages, set prices and fences, suggest RM strategies, pricing initiatives, extranet management for distribution channels, coordination of the annual rate loading process, recommend and implement the hotel’s pricing and distribution strategy, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis. I'm also responsible to oversees the development, motivation, conduct performance evaluation and incentive plans of a team formed by 01 Reservations Supervisor, 05 Reservations Agents.
