Feb. 1998 - Nov. 1999The position is primarily dedicated to the support furnished to the users of UCLAF (Coordination Unit of the Anti-Fraud) on the product AFIS (Anti-Fraud Information System). Within a team of six people, the tasks of the agent were: availability management of the system, monitoring and troubleshooting operating, managing the documentation available for the users, management of the user access rights. In the appendix, the agent was performing specific management tasks such as the maintenance of the Intranet site and the management of its content, and the content management of the database and its availability. Ultimately, the agent was performing sessiond e Betat test before deploying release.
