Aug. 2019 - Apr. 2020Austin, Texas, United StatesEvent Operations Coordination: Oversee and implement all event operations, including managing site vendors, security, guest services, sponsorship/activations, and culinary logistics.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties such as ordering site and office supplies, managing petty cash, and updating event documentation (budget spreadsheets, maps, organizational charts, task lists).
Vendor Management: Procure, and manage vendors as directed by the Operations Manager and/or Operations Director.
Budget and Vendor Coordination: Gather requirements from all event departments, communicate with vendors, and report budget updates to the Operations Manager and/or Operations Director.
Staff Onboarding and Coordination: Oversee the onboarding process for event staff, including sending deal memos, collecting the necessary paperwork, coordinating travel and housing, and managing scheduling and payroll.
