Identification of non-compliance matters and management of of such matters in relation to BEE
.design and implementation of the Transformation Units BEE compliance SOP ·Identify deficiencies and devise solutions for continuous improvement to align business processes with the objectives of the SADPMR.
·Identify, implement and monitor compliance programmes ·Act as principal operational point of contact for the Regulatory Compliance Branch
·Manage and consolidate Branch inputs/reports, follow up on decisions, agreements, and commitments and manage documents.
·Manage organizational projects linked to Regulatory Compliance (Mining Charter 2018)
·Continuous streamlining of the regulatory compliance departments for optimum output
·Active member of the Risk Committee (board and operation committee)
·Management of the companies Risk Register (top 10 and operational) Support duties ·Representation at international level protecting the national development interest
