- Handling the preparation and submission of payroll-related data to the payroll company
- Planning and conducted employee training sessions, including the implementation of the Learning Corner (for blue colar employees)
- Monitoring the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, medical assessments, cafeteria provisions, employment certifications, work attire, tax documentation, attendance records, sick leave forms, holidays, and departures, including external employees such as Filipino workers
- Managing employee personnel files, compensation and benefits documentation, and other HR records
- Collaborating daily with external staffing agencies including providing monthly payroll time data
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Providing HR support to performance review
- Offering advice, guidance, and information to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, best practices, new hires, and various deadlines My HR BP supporting tasks:
- Participating in the facilitation of audit cards
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of HR strategies, programs and procedures
- Preparing regular reports spanning daily, weekly, monthly and annual intervals, encompassing metrics like turnover, personnel transitions, sick leave duration, blue colar and white colar employee rates, and more
- Participating on the yearly employee satisfaction campaign (supporting blue colar employees during the survey, monitorng of the action plan)
