Implemented total productive maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to reduce downtime. Assisted in founding and sit on the six sigma steering committee. Organized the training of over 150 hourly Yellow Belts and 350 combined Green and Black Belts. Reduced scrap from an average of over $110,000 per month to $2,000 in six months and used DMAIC to improve reliability of test cells, which increased the capacity of at least one unit (25% increase) per day resulting in over $100 million per year revenue capacity. Managed the MRO warehouse of over 17,000 sku's and over $10 million in inventory—and reduced the count to 11,000 using vendor JIT and decreased inventory to $7 million in one year.

Worked with the suppliers to reduce lead time through lean, set up reduction, six sigma and total productive maintenance techniques to improve throughput. * Trained 14 Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and over 70 Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts for clients. * Utilized total productive maintenance, six sigma, lean, theory of constraints to analyze and improve a 40 year old product line. Improved throughput from that line from 70 units on average through 2 shifts to 150 units in 1 shift. * Increased another product line production through lean events and total productive maintenance from 144 units to 200 units per day. * Reduced scrap in one plant from an average of over $180K per month to less than 25K in 6 months.

Coordinated with host nation contractors and the Iraqi Railroad to complete projects within the time frame and budget required by the military to improve critical supply and sustainment movement to troops.
