Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to employee central, payroll, compensation, perf ,onboarding, recruitment.
Enable system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing etc.
Guide team for system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
Troubleshoot system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
Develop and maintain system documentation, incl user manuals, configuration guides, process maps
Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
Support all HR domains via shared services such as talent, learning, performance, payroll, leadership development, analytics, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee self-service & absence management.
