Vetted clinical information, implemented evidence-based workflows and clinical protocols, and streamlined the patient experience. • As an EpicTogether Credentialed Trainer and an Epic Super User, trained several markets on this new system. Provided in-field support, and troubleshooted roll-out issues. • Participated in a Lean Six Sigma project to reduce the retail clinic business unit’s bad debt. This initiative obtained a credit card pre-authorization / pre-tokenization at the time of service. Not only did this automate and expedite billing, but more importantly, it decreased the allowance for “bad debt” accounts receivable.
