5. Lean Action Workout - GE Wind Camaçari - Kaizen week and line balancing in the Machine Head's Assembly Line.
6. Practice the Continuous Improvement - Daily use of Lean tools at GE Hydro Taubaté: OBC and Yamazumi, VSM, A3, Spaghetti, 5S, Visual Management, 8 Wastes.
7. 3P Event of Electrical Factory Layout - 7 Ways - Supporting the leaders to elaborate the event.
8. 3P Event - Hub 2.5 - Leader and host of the event that needs the direct involvement of the stakeholders.
9. Onboarding Interns EID - Responsible to show the site for the new interns onboarding.
10. Lean Group Study - Creator of a lean group study with the Taubaté' site interns.
