May. 2019 - Oct. 2023Honolulu Metropolitan Area• Used Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis to adjust scheduling and reduce labor costs by 50 hours a month. • Daily responsibilities include managing the supply chain for 3 locations across the island. This included using Microsoft Excel to create necessary pivot tables, setting pars and running reports through Square POS, and ensuring that supply of products was readily available for each location.
• Company products in the supply chain include, drinks, accessories, tinctures, topicals, and merchandising. Some merchandising was done in-house by me, and some was outsourced to our brand director. • Reported directly to the Director of Retail and the company CEO. • Maintained relationships with local and national vendors. Created a database of vendors, MOQs, shipping expenses, turnover time of shipping and other relevant metrics. • Created internal methods of tracking and transferring products between stores to eliminate wasted products. An example would be to pull a product within 6 months before the date expiration from a slower location and move that product to a location that typically sells that product at a much higher rate. • Established company communications processes with Microsoft Office Suite, keeping multiple teams on the same page through the growth of two additional locations. Maintained all daily operations and increasing productivity.
• Maximized profits by doing data analysis on “sell-through rates” for products and adjusting inventory to carry only those products with a high sell-through rate.
