I am the Commissioner of PT. MSM Nirwana Putra, a family-owned business specializing in heavy equipment rental, selling used equipment, and land preparation projects. I have been actively involved in modernizing and streamlining our operations since 2017, transitioning from manual systems to digital platforms and strengthening our brand presence. I also serve as a Commissioner at PT. Mega Jaya Karya Mandiri, my husband's company. With a strong background in business management, negotiation, and leadership, I oversee strategic decision-making, client relations, and company growth. My ability to motivate teams, implement digital transformation, and resolve challenges has been key to our success. Beyond business, I have a deep passion for music and the arts, having competed in fashion shows and singing competitions from a young age. I once collaborated with well-known singers in the entertainment industry. Academically, I studied in Singapore and Indonesia, completing various business and communication programs. I am currently pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Business Management and will soon begin my Master’s degree in the UK, further enhancing my expertise in business strategy and leadership. I am also a mother of two, a coffee lover, and an advocate for personal growth. My goal is to continue evolving, expanding my expertise, and helping others succeed.
