From technology to training, we were responsible for helping develop solutions that would help drive Ford's bottom line. Our team was responsible for presenting, negotiating and fulfilling these solutions to not only Ford, but the members of the Premier Auto Group as well. Highlights of our teams tenure were the negotiating, development and launch of the Virtual Service Advisor Tool, Reynolds 1st cyber consulting contract with Ford's fixed operations division and the creation of award winning online training solutions for in dealership personel that focussed on the growth of e-business.
