Deeply understand the Carrier business (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and their technical ambitions, and be the trusted advisor to enhance sales revenue and ensure customer happiness. Remove technical barriers and friction points, and improve customer readiness for Apple’s platforms. Additionally, provide technical mentorship and enablement to thousands of Carrier B2B sellers and technical teams in the US along with their B2B customers. Operate as an extension of the Carrier sales teams focused on the architecture, validation, implementation, and sustainment of Apple devices within the Carrier customer base.
