Jun. 2019 - Sep. 2020Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of retail operations - including but not limited to new products, supply chain, order processing and invoicing. This is a critical role in Retail department that interacts with most departments and most importantly is an ambassador to our customers and suppliers, ensuring that internal and external needs are met. - Learn existing Accounts / Products - buyers, packaging and shipping requirements, and terms. - Become familiar with Retail Team Members - understand each team member’s role, KPI's and how to get the best production from each team member. - Meetings with Managers in each department - learn how Marketplaces, Supply Chain and Inventory Planning operate, and apply necessary practices to retail division. - Lead Weekly Meetings, speaking to the KPI's and Initiatives, and also working with individual team members to achieve monthly and quarterly goals. - Identify Opportunities in Retail sales, and mitigate Risks based on forward thinking and reporting analytics. - Assist in day-to-day inquires from team members and retail accounts. - Optimize Retail Processes via SOPs and Organized Documentation (ie, Packaging Requirements, Product Lead Times, Inventory Planning). - Be comfortable in reaching out to all company team members to ensure goals are being met in a timely manner. - Manage the shipping process from PO to Invoicing for all Retail Accounts - New Products, Operations, Supply Chain
