Interviewed all applicants, conducted all pre-employment screening, (criminal background checks, drug screens, reference checks, sanction checks, license and employment eligibility verifications) and completed offer letters. Conducted HR portion of general orientation for all new hires. Coordinated and assisted with employee recruitment policy, resume and application review, as well as worked with the corporate recruiter for ad placement and facility open houses. Ensured that employees were informed regarding the employee benefit package and that their enrollment was completed within the specified time period. Coordinated and planned employee recognition events to enhance employee relations. Conducted exit interviews in order to understand why employees were leaving and make recommendations of improvement. Assisted in the worker's compensation process including; reporting injuries and following up on injured employees. Attended Unemployment and Workers Compensation hearings.

Successfully completed the first on-line open enrollment in this facility and without the computers coming. Was the first facility to be 100% complete and with no errors.
