Aug. 2013 - Aug. 2015Campus coordinator at Historic Anaheim Preschool which serves over 90 students and their families in grades Preschool and Jr. Kindergarten. * Office Administrator - direct daily operations of school office including receive, screen, and handle telephone calls, incoming mail, and other correspondences that are confidential and sensitive in nature; purchase and maintain office and school inventory * Instructional Support - provide support to 10 teachers and teacher assistants - including photocopies and weekly update emails * Admissions - follow up with prospective parents, give school tours, convert inquiries into school enrollment * Parent Liaison - work with parents on events coordinate parent volunteers * Event Coordinator - serve as campus event coordinator including school open house, teacher appreciation week, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, and other campus special events and presentations * Marketing - school newsletter, parent notices and flyers, social media (facebook, twitter, you tube, instagram) * Director of Summer Camp program - including marketing, staff supervision and scheduling, activity planning, registration and tuition collection
