I also pioneered a department as a foundational template for scaling sales, training and operations across all 7 regions with 5 managers and 45 sales personnel managing $60M in profitable annual revenue. I inspired a culture positive accountability, continuous learning, peer mentorship, shared knowledge, and talent development to foster promotions within the department. Key Achievements:
★ Refined website RFQ operations from spreadsheets to Salesforce leading to efficiency, accountability and sales channel growth of 257% first year and $3.7M new sales. RFQ platform is now a lead platform for channel sales nationally. ★ Implemented a qualification strategy, building team that contacted 11,000 underserved customers in the first year, resulting in $12M incremental sales growth and $34M annual revenue. ★ Devised targeted selling campaigns with data-driven insights to new, at-risk and churned customers to accelerate product penetration and customer loyalty and grow annual sales 42% YOY.
★ Collaborated with 3rd party consultants and company Commercial Acceleration Team to streamline additional sales onboarding and training, along with justification for 3 additional sales teams seated in headquarters.
